My name is John Ruble and I am offering to evaluate the plumbing in your home for the cost of a service call of $65.00. Which, if there are any repairs needed, and you hire me, I will refund back to you.

This is what you will get for that $65.00:

• Inspection of water piping in the house: (leaks, sizing and quality)
• Inspection of water service: (sizing and quality)
• Inspection of waste piping: (leaks, sizing and quality)
• Inspection of all plumbing fixtures and valves: (need replaced or repaired or changed out for Water Conservation)
• Inspection of water heater: (need replaced or repaired or maybe install a Tankless; for Energy Conservation and endless hot water)
• We can also talk about any remodeling issues or questions you might have.

I am a fully Bonded and Insured Plumbing and General Contractor. Also, I install nice and cozy energy efficient Radiant Floor Heating Systems, including natural gas lines.

I will provide an estimate that you review and contact me with any questions you might have.
